This very popular Bar / Restaurant
is situated in the busy Port of Pollensa. The bar
has been established for many years and has a character
all it’s own. Surrounded by busy apartment
blocks, 2 minutes walk away from the beach and all
the popular shops of the Port. Seating for 60 people
inside and a further 25 on the area at the front.In the near future a senior college
is to be constructed near the bar and this will
offer ample opportunity to realize the potential
of new clients.
The Port of Pollensa is in the North
of the Island and is on route to the lovely coast
of Formentor. Throughout the year, on Wednesdays,
a market is held in the square . Regular coach trips
from all parts of the Island visit the Port and
the market ensuring a great potential for this popular
bar.

El establecimiento permanece abierto desde hace muchos
años y con un carácter muy propio. Está
rodeado por muchos bloques de apartamentos, a 2 minutos
de la playa caminando y cerca de todas las tiendas.
Tiene una capacidad para 60 personas dentro y 25 fuera
en frente del bar. En el futuro se construirá
una escuela cerca del bar y es una buena oportunidad
para potenciar el negocio ofreciendo servicios a nuevos
clientes.
