We have an extensive property listing from smaller apartments under 200,000 Euros to incredible villas of over 8,000,000 Euros. However if we haven’t got the apartment or villa that you are looking for, let us know your requirements and we’ll take the stress out of the process by finding it for you.

Building project management

You want to build your own; we will introduce you to an architect to design your dream home, a builder to construct it, and a lawyer to ensure the legalities are all correctly complied with.

Fiscal advice

Not sure about a mortgage in Spain, local property taxes, IHT, CGT, etc; we have a Spanish qualified tax consultancy facility and can help steer you through the maze of questions and answers.

Legal Advice

If you do not have your own Spanish lawyer we will be happy to introduce you to a truly independent English speaking Lawyer who will act in your interests at every stage of the purchase.

After Sales Service

The buying process does not actually finish when you move in! For the next six to twelve months you will find that there are a lot of things that crop up that you are unsure about - it will be a learning process. We will wherever possible continue to offer help and advice on any matters that arise concerning your new property until you feel comfortable in your own ability to handle things yourself.
